CONDITIONS OF USE

 This site is owned and managed by Ivqin Global Enterprise (AS0408031-V). Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with “Ivqin Global Shop” in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions. 

NOTE:  Kindly check through your shopping cart and ensure that the item(s), size, quantity and color are accurate prior to carting them out as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed.

PRICES
Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. Ivqin Global Shop may offer options to transact in different currencies. 

PRODUCT
Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by bank deposit, PayPal or credit card. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.  

DELIVERY
* All orders are processed within 1-2 working days upon verification if payment. Our pickup service by J&T Express is carried out during working hours, Monday- Friday at 5 pm, excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia).  * Ivqin Global Shop  is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address, size and colours have been inputted prior to making payment.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Ivqin Global Shop However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the item. Ivqin Global Shop shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

If for any reason Ivqin Global Shop is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, Ivqin Global Shop will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, Ivqin Global Shop will offer either a full or part refund of the payment made or suggest an alternative product.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of Ivqin Global Shop and there will be no refunds.

 INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED.
All exchanges must be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.

We truly apologize for sending/mailing you the incorrect item. Please take a snapshot or provide us the details/name of the wrong item received and email us directly at admin@ivqinglobal.com. We will reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.

An exchange will be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect, we will reimburse the postage charges for wrong item(s) sent to customer. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece/size is Out Of Stock,

* Exchange can only be done if the item(s) is in its original condition (not open, unworn, unaltered). We will take approximately 5 working day to process.

RETURN AND REFUND
All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to Ivqin Global Shop within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email to admin@ivqinglobal.com and your email will normally be replied within 24 hours from the receipt of your email.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, Ivqin Global Shop shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate Ivqin Global Shop employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to Ivqin Global Shop. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. Ivqin Global Shop will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange. Ivqin Global Shop will be responsible for the freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to the customer. 

WARRANTY
Ivqin Global Shop does not offer product warranty.

TRADEMARK
Ivqin Global Shop may claim a legal interest in trademarks, logos or other intellectual property related to what is published on the ivqinglobal.com website with the logo and trademark “IVQIN GLOBAL”.

DISCLAMER
Ivqin Global Shop will make a reasonable effort to ensure that shipping information, product price(s), product description(s) and other information on this site is correct. However, Ivqin Global Shop cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.  Ivqin Global Shop will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of this site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential loss or damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ivqin Global Shop, its partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, costs or expenses of any kind, including attorney’s fees and/or other fees or expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website.

Ivqin Global Shop does not have control of and cannot guarantee that any content on third party links from this website will be safe from viruses, inaccurate information, or inflammatory material.

Ivqin Global Shop may withdraw items from sale and alter prices, products and or details of product specifications at its discretion and without notice. Ivqin Global Shop reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. All changes are effective upon posting at this website.
